This Return & Refund Policy applies to all wholesale purchases made through DAYLA by IRIS FASHION LLC ("DAYLA", "we", "us", or "our") at https://shopdayla.com/. As a B2B wholesale supplier, our return policy differs from standard retail policies.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Goods: Items received with manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or incorrect items shipped may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Order Discrepancies: If the items received do not match the confirmed purchase order (wrong style, color, or quantity), please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

All other wholesale purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or overstock on the buyer's end
  • Items that have been displayed, tagged, or altered
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or discounted sale items (unless defective)

2. Return Authorization Process

All returns require prior written approval from DAYLA. To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@shopdayla.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return (including photos of defective/damaged items).
  2. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  3. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  4. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

3. Return Shipping

  • For defective or incorrectly shipped items, DAYLA will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

4. Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days:

  • Credit to Account: Refunds for defective goods will be applied as a credit to your wholesale account for future orders, or as a refund to the original payment method upon request.
  • Refunds will not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

Subject to availability, we may offer exchanges for defective items instead of a refund. Please indicate your preference when submitting the return request.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage buyers to contact us directly to resolve any order disputes before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
